Linene Graywind is a prominent merchant and agent of the Lionshield Coster operating in the frontier town of Phandalin.

Linene manages the local post and trading post for the Lionshield Coster, a mercantile guild with a wide reach. She is known for her fair dealings, sharp business sense, and unwavering professionalism, maintaining her operations even amidst the lawlessness and threats facing Phandalin, such as the local Redbrand ruffians.

Transactions and Recovery of Stolen Goods

When a band of adventurers (later known as the Magnificent Five) cleared out the goblin stronghold of Cragmaw Hideout, they discovered a cache of stolen supplies bearing the mark of her coster. Upon the party’s arrival in Phandalin, Linene compensated them for retrieving and returning the stolen cargo. Recognizing their capabilities, she offered to facilitate specialized orders, noting that her company would be happy to accommodate requests for more unique or exotic goods in the future.

As the threats to Phandalin grew, Linene continued to support the local defenders. Members of the adventuring party, specifically Farwald and Gilmore, frequented her establishment to purchase essential gear and healing potions to aid them in their journeys across the Sword Coast.
